Q1. Why is there a $15 charge on my credit card account? I only used $5 to wash my car.
All credit cards are billed a temporary charge of $15 to start that will be reversed after 2 or 3 business days when the actual charge posts. If the correct charge does not appear on your account after 2 to 3 business days, email us at hiperfcarwash@gmail.com.
Q2. How much does it cost to start washing my car?
See the locations page for more information on the pricing at each car wash. Generally, it is $3.00 for 3 minutes with cash and $5 for 5 minutes with credit card.
Q3. How can I locate the car wash in Denver closest to me?
Our locations are on the regional map on the main page of our website. Each location has a drop-down map of the address to give the customer cross streets for more accurate directions.
Q4. Do any of your locations offer a full service car wash?
No. All our locations offer only self-service bays with all the necessary functions to keep your car looking great.
Q5. How do I report a problem encountered while washing my car?
You can submit a problem ticket by completing the contact form on our website. If the problem needs immediate attention, email hiperfcarwash@gmail.com for further assistance.
Q6. Do all your locations accept credit cards?
Yes, all locations accept credit cards in the wash bays.
Q7. What are the hours of operation for your car wash in Denver?
All of our car washes are open 24/7, 365 days a year.
Q8. I accidentally vacuumed my keys or other personal item. How can I get them back?
Email hiperfcarwash@gmail.com to receive instructions for opening the vacuum clean-out door.
Q9. Do you offer discounted tokens?
Yes. We offer a discount of 20% for purchases of $50 or more. Tokens are $1 each and usable at any of our 5 locations.
Q10. Are Gift Cards and Fleet Cards available?

Q11. Does the car wash accept Apple Pay or Google Pay?
Yes, the bays accept mobile payments including Apple Pay and Google Pay. The vacuums are swipe only.
